Brother has prior bankruptcy with his divorce, almost two years out and needs a fast personal loan, not a cash advance! Does anyone know who will work with him, I told him maybe Beneficial, or Prosper, but that could take a while, but not sure with either because of his bad credit. Looking into online cash advance sites and wondering if anyone has used one. If so, how well did it work out for you?

Do they really work? Are they all scams? Are there legit ones?

Most of the banks have a 5-14 day holding period before I’m able to recieve the cash. I have called and searched numerous places and no one else will cash my student loan check. There has to be a faster way.
